1. How are you going to maintain good interaction within your family?
* I can maintain good interaction within my family by making sure that we have time to share our thoughts, ideas and feelings despite of our busy schedules. In our family, during mealtime, we used that time to talk about the things we want to say.
As a parent, I see to it that I have an attentive ears, listening heart, and an open mind to all the concerns we have. If there is a conflict which sometimes can't be avoided, we talked about it as soon as possible. And respect to each others differences is one of the important factors to have a healthy interaction.
2. Is it good to have a pattern of leadership and power manifest in the family? Why?
* I think yes. The parent especially the father as the foundation of the family must be the leader (not an authoritarian one). The father makes the final decision and the provider. Based on my observations, I noticed that if the power is responsible enough, a leader, decision maker in the family, but not to the point of ignoring other rights and sake of other members, the children grow competent, courageous and healthy. Because there is someone to look up to as a good model, to respect to.
3. You as a future educator, how are you going to develop self-esteem of your students?
* As a future educator, to be able to help children boost their self esteem, encouragement, reinforcement and building positive relationship to the students are very important.
I'll encourage my students to perform their tasks and tell them them that they have the ability to do things. I'll guide them until they have accomplished the tasks.
Reinforcement by giving them praise for the things they did.
I'll develop positive relationship with them my making sure that I as a teacher is there for them to understand that they have different attitudes, listen to their opinions and thoughts as they share.
